General Rules and Settlement

Khoka420 applies a uniform set of rules to all sports betting conducted on the platform. These rules govern how bets are accepted, settled and, where applicable, voided. They apply to both pre‑match and in‑play (live) markets unless a market description states otherwise.

1. 1.1 Settlement timing — Where a market outcome cannot be verified immediately, Khoka420 may delay settlement until the official confirmation is published by the applicable governing body or event organizer.
2. 1.2 Official results — Settlements are based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If an official result is not published, Khoka420 reserves the right to settle using credible data sources at its discretion.
3. 1.3 Pricing integrity — If a market price or event information is published with an error, Khoka420 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
4. 1.4 Price accuracy — Khoka420 is not obligated to accept bets at prices advertised elsewhere or on third‑party sites if those prices differ from Khoka420's live published prices. Only Khoka420’s live published prices are binding for bet placement.
5. 1.5 Related or dependent bets — If bets are placed on outcomes that are logically interdependent and the system does not account for such correlation, Khoka420 may void the affected bets.
6. 1.6 Fraud and integrity — Khoka420 may void bets, suspend settlements or withhold payments if there is evidence of fraud, collusion, manipulation or attempts to exploit the platform. Khoka420 may inform relevant authorities as required by law.
7. 1.7 System interruptions — In the event of a technical interruption, Khoka420 will verify funds, odds and event status and may accept or reject bets accordingly. Customers should review their betting history to confirm the status of any affected bets.
8. 1.8 VAR and on‑field decisions — If a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with the on‑pitch ruling, bets placed in the time window between the original incident and the final decision may be voided, unless the offered odds on the specific bet were not affected by the VAR outcome.
9. 1.9 Odds display and settlement — Onscreen odds are displayed with two decimals. Total odds use a sixth decimal for calculation, while total winnings are always rounded down to two decimals. Any discrepancy is explained by these rounding rules.
10. 1.10 Settlement window — The maximum period between the initial settlement of a bet and any required re‑settlement is 30 days.
11. 1.11 Finish time rules — If the match is deemed finished by the referee at 79:00 or later, all markets are settled on the full‑time result. If completion occurs at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are void unless market rules specify otherwise. Abandoned events are treated as described below; unsettled markets may be voided if not resolved within the applicable timeframe.
12. 1.12 Match formats — Khoka420 supports standard formats including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. Bets on formats outside the 50–90 minute duration range are void. Halftime for 3x30 is calculated as Total duration divided by 2. The proposer accepts the risk of format changes as part of account registration.
13. 1.13 Play‑or‑Pay for outrights — Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) remain valid even if a listed participant cannot take part, with such markets settled as losses if applicable. Head‑to‑head markets exclude this rule; if a listed participant is replaced by another from the same team, team‑level markets stand while individual markets may be void.
14. 1.14 Abandonment or postponement — If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets stand if the event resumes and is completed within 48 hours of the original schedule. If competitors change, all open bets are void.
15. 1.15 Market verification and resettlement — If event coverage is dropped, bets will be settled on the official result. If a market cannot be verified, it will be voided.
16. 1.16 Price error and resettlement — If an incorrect score or event information produces a significant price error, Khoka420 reserves the right to void or resettle the affected market at the correct price.
17. 1.17 Outright coverage — Outright markets are settled for all listed selections; non‑participating selections are treated as losses while participating selections are settled normally.
18. 1.18 Dead heat — In cases of dead heats, settlement follows standard dead‑heat rules unless stated otherwise in the market description.
19. 1.19 Onsite information — Live information (scoreboards, stats, streams) is provided for guidance and may be delayed. Settlement is not based on onsite data alone.
20. 1.20 Settlement currency and format — Bets are settled in decimal odds. The platform may present multiple formats, but Khoka420 uses decimal odds for all settlements unless stated otherwise.
21. 1.21 Discretion on unsettled circumstances — Khoka420 may decide on a bet on a case‑by‑case basis where rules do not explicitly cover the scenario.
22. 1.22 Rule updates — Sporting rules may be amended and published online. The English version is the official version.

Outright Markets and Related Rules

Outright markets cover participants in a competition (winners, top standings, season awards) and are subject to the Play‑or‑Pay principle described above. Where two or more participants are tied at the conclusion, dead heat rules apply unless a market description states otherwise. If a participant does not take part, they are settled as a loss for standard outright markets. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual markets may be void.

Scorers and Goal‑Related Bets

Scorer markets include First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer. The rules below apply to regular time unless stated otherwise in the market description.

• First Goalscorer — VOID if a player never takes the field or if an own goal is the only goal before they participate. An own goal is counted only as an own goal and not as the goalscorer unless the market explicitly includes such circumstances.
• Last Goalscorer — VOID if the player never takes the field. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any listed player who takes the field, regardless of when they enter the game.
• Ongoing match notes — If a match is abandoned but at least one scorer has occurred, bets on the first goalscorer may still stand; bets on the last goalscorer may be voided depending on venue rules and market description.

Live Betting, VAR and In‑Play Considerations

Live markets settle on the official result as determined by the governing body. If a VAR decision alters the outcome in a way that affects the bet, settlements will be voided for affected bets only if the odds were materially affected by the VAR decision. Bets not influenced by the VAR decision shall stand.

Event Changes, Postponements and Cancellations

When events are altered by postponement, venue changes or other significant adjustments, Khoka420 may void open bets or settle them in accordance with the revised official outcome. If the event is resumed within 48 hours of the original schedule, bets may remain valid. If the event is cancelled, voided, or not resumed as described, unsettled bets may be refunded per policy.

Disputes, Fraud, and Compliance

Khoka420 reserves the right to investigate any suspected irregularity or fraud. In such cases, settlements may be suspended and bets voided or withheld pending investigation. Customers may be required to provide identification or additional information consistent with regulatory obligations. If prohibited conduct is detected, Khoka420 may terminate accounts or refuse bets in its sole discretion.

Special Rules by Sport

Football (Soccer)

• Match outcomes are generally determined after the standard 90 minutes unless a market specifies inclusion of extra time or penalties.
• In matches that go into extra time, only markets described as including overtime are settled after overtime; penalties do not affect most markets unless stated.
• Abandoned or postponed matches are subject to the 48‑hour rule described above; if not resumed, unsettled markets are voided.

American Football

• Settlements typically rely on the official end of the standard game; overtime is included only where the market explicitly allows it.
• Minimum playtime for payout is 55 minutes of a 60‑minute game unless a market specifically states otherwise; if not, unsettled markets are void.
• Discrepancies due to venue changes or home/away reversals void affected bets.

Athletics

• Results are based on the official governing body. If a participant withdraws or is disqualified, markets involving that participant may be voided as described in the market terms.

Australian Rules Football

• Markets settle on the official end of regulation play; finals and special markets follow the market description. Abandoned matches may be void if not resumed within stated timeframes.

Badminton

• Results rely on official governing bodies; if coverage is lost, unsettled markets are voided. Postponed or abandoned events are void if not resumed within 48 hours.

General Notes on Bets, Cancellations and Resettlement

Customers cannot cancel or alter bets once they are placed and confirmed. Bets deemed incorrectly settled are eligible for resettlement within 48 hours. Khoka420 reserves the right to reclaim incorrect payouts where applicable and to issue refunds to customers as dictated by the relevant rules and circumstances.
